Complaints procedure

Step 1- If you have a Complaint against the Company or any of it's staff please contact the Company informing us of the nature of your complaint. This can be done by telephoning the office on 01620 842736, or emailing the Company at totalenergysol@btinternet.com

Step 2- The Company will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your complaint to collate as much information as possible.

Step 3- If a resolution can be reached during this initial contact then confirmation of the resolution will be recorded and carried out.

Step 4- If further work or a visit is required this will be recorded and actioned at the earliest convenient time for both parties. Once the complaint is resolved, this will be recorded and the complaint closed.

Step 5- If at any time the client is unhappy with the way the complaint is being dealt with, or by the actions of the Company, the cient can contact the following organisations that the Company are accredited to.

RECC for any work involving Solar or Heatpumps.
Gas Safe Register for any issues relating to gas work.
OFTEC for any issues relating to oil work.
SNIPEF, the Scottish and Northern Ireland Plumbing Employers' Federation.
All of the above have systems in place to help resolve disputes.
